Your interest. Your information.
Registering your interest lets Adrien Foucault contact you about the planned Good Judgment executive workshop, including open cohorts and private company workshops. You are not subscribing to unrelated marketing.
What we collect
Your email and whether you are interested for yourself or your team are required. First name, company and job title are optional. We also save the submission time, the page, the entry point and the version of the consent wording and hero message you saw.
Purpose and choice
We use these details to assess workshop interest and follow up on your request. Submitting the form records your agreement to that contact. You can withdraw it at any time. Choosing not to provide optional details does not prevent registration.
Storage and access
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Registrations are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database configured with European Union jurisdiction. They are not sent to an email platform or external marketing service. Database access is limited to the site operator.
Cloudflare provides the hosting infrastructure and processes requests to serve and protect the site. Its network operates internationally; the database’s EU setting applies to stored registration data. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Retention
The configured retention period is 365 days after your latest registration, or earlier if you request deletion. Expired records are removed when the form next receives a valid submission. The operator should also remove expired records before follow-up or export, and when retiring this demand test.
Lightweight measurement
We count page views, registration-link clicks, form starts, individual or team choices and successful submissions. These are daily aggregate counts, with no analytics cookies, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or persistent visitor identifiers. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings are respected for optional browsing events. Successful submissions are counted as operational records. These counts do not measure unique visitors.
For abuse prevention, a short-lived, one-way address hash may be retained for up to ten minutes. Raw network addresses are not stored by the application. Aggregate event counts are retained for up to one year and cleaned up on the next measurement request.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your details, or withdraw permission to be contacted. Contact Adrien Foucault through his LinkedIn profile.
You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.
